Аннулирование сделок, совершенных на рынке FOREX, явление хоть и не распространенное, но, порой, имеет место. Основная причина это отмена сделок, совершенных по нерыночным котировкам (шпилькам). Как правило, нерыночные котиовки попадают в поток от поставщиков ликвидности. Основные причины возникновения шпилек (спайков) это технический сбой или одиночная сделка, зачастую ошибочная, прошедшая в информационной системе. Нерыночная котировка — котировка, удовлетворяющая каждому из следующих условий:

-наличие существенного ценового разрыва;
— возврат цены в течение небольшого промежутка времени на первоначальный уровень с образованием ценового разрыва;
— отсутствие стремительной динамики цены перед появлением этой котировки;
— отсутствие в момент ее появления макроэкономических событий и/или корпоративных новостей, оказывающих значительное влияние на курс инструмента.

Распознать шпильку на графике достаточно просто. Для этого достаточно сравнить график котировок с графиками других компаний. Шпилька это всегда явление не серийное и вероятность, что она образуется одномоментно сразу в нескольких компаниях, практически нулевая. Клиентка ForexStart поставила на вывод $10 000, что очень не понравилось этой конторе. Спустя день она обнаружила, что прибыль по закрытому ордеру была аннулирована, ордер странным образом был восстановлен в рынок задним числом и закрыт по стопауту, в результате чего на депозите образовался отрицательный баланс $365.

Решить вопрос с ForexStart в рабочем порядке не удалось. Господа из ForexStart заявили, что ордер был переоткрыт якобы из-за нерыночной котировки. Обращение к «регулятору» ForexStart GURS ни к чему не привело: псевдорегулятор банально игнорировал все аргументы клиентки и в конце концов просто перестал выходить на связь.

Поведение представителей ForexStart на форумах, где пострадавшая клиентка подняла вопрос о воровстве денег клиентов ForexStart , иначе как идиотским не назвать. Господин Виктор Бареев и прочие представители ForexStart выглядели жалкими воришками, озвучив огромное количество глупостей, но так и не смогли ответить на простой вопрос: почему мифическая нерыночная котировка всеми остальными компаниями была признана рыночной и присутствует на графике у всех FOREX брокеров:
